uable to run desktop

What are the system requirments to run Oruxmaps Desktop ? I am running Windows XP SP3 and have installed the latest version of JRE from the java site (version 6 build 24) but I am unable to get Oruxmaps working.Whenever I try I always get a "ClassNotFoundException" error.

The exect wording of the error is:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/jdesktop/application/SingleFrameApplication

ending with:
Could not find the main class: oruxmapsdesktop.OruxMapsDesktopApp, Program will exit.

Any suggestions as to what the problem might be ?

Check if your OruxMapsDesktop directory structure is similar.

Do not uncompress OruxMapsDesktop.jar file.
