Using Trek Buddy to make maps for Orux android

What settings should I use? I can't find a guide for this? If i want detailed street view (every street) how much of a zoom level should i go to?

how do I use the maps with orux? When i try to open the folder that I move over, I get error saying I need to update DB, which does nothing.
