stopping recording after making a call

hopefully I'm not repeating something already reported:

Samsung Galaxy S I9000
Android 2.3.5
root

using Oruxmaps in online mode, everything works fine, but after receiving a call, when returning to Oruxmaps via the service in the notification, although the app thinks it continues recording - it does not really.
the screen does not stay on
it does not show or record the track any longer
when stopping the recording - the file is empty

any work around?
