Use of "Overlay" folder

Hey,

I'm a big fan of oruxmaps.
But im searching for a solution for my problem.
I have a gpx file with 1000x points of camping sites and want to add them as an overlay
so that i can route along a track and at the end of the day i can also see if there is an campingplace.

In Orxumaps folder there is an "overlay". How can i use it?
Or is there any other thing i can do?

Hi,

'overlay' folder not yet in use.

But you can import the wpts to the database, then you display 'nearest wpt' with a long press over the map.
