Waypoints and TTS

One idea which came to me today was it would be useful if Oruxmaps could read via Text to Speech the description text for a waypoint when you are within a certain distance of that waypoint.

The idea of this is that you could give yourself route descriptions without having to look at the screen. eg "At the gate go though and turn left along the fence"

Reading the description might be wrong in some cases, e. g. when you go on the track the reverse direction. In this cases the description is wrong. But anyway I like the idea.
I've a similar wish to andytodd, but my wish would be to give routing directions like, turn left in 50m. It should be possible to implement this, because OruxMaps knows the direction we are going and the angle of the next waypoint and according to the angle it should be possible to say something like left, sligltly left etc.
