Merging tracks does not merge HR information

I'm not sure if this is a bug or by design but when you merge two tracks only the HR information from the second track is added to the merged file. E.G. Record track 1 with HR data. Record track 2 with HR data. Merge track 1 & 2 but only the HR data from track 2 is present in the merged track.

Is it possible to merge the HR data into the merged track too?

It is a different app; you can have both installed. The beta version has a different icon (with a 'B').

OK, I installed the Beta and it appears to merge the HR data too now. I've only had a chance to try it once so far but it worked fine.
