A different compass mode: a compass cone

One feature I currently miss in OruxMaps is the compass cone that Maverick (another offroad navigation app) instead fetures:



Granted, I might switch to map mode oriented by compass. But I find pretty annoying a map that continuously moves as I rotate the phone. I'd rather have the map north up, and a moving compass cone instead, just like Maverick does.

What do you think? Would it be possible to add this functionality in the next OruxMaps release? If you did, it'd be even more easy take advantage of OruxMaps for orienteering.

Unfortunately, now I have to switch to Maverick in certain situations. Sometimes I really can't forgo Maverick's compass cone, as it's so easy and effective to use.

This is a yellow triangle, that is active with the compass if you want, and indicates on the map what you are looking at, or rather what is in front of the phone in its current position. If it bothers you, you can turn it off

You find this in Settings > Cursors
