Elevation gain calculation
Hi
First of all, I think Oruxmaps is the best app for using GPS during hiking, trekking and cycling.
I have a little Problem with the calculation of elevation gain. It seems so that there is a bug in calculation of elevation gain. While I log a track in example a hiking tour, Oruxmaps calculates the elevation gain very accurate. The displayed values are plausible. The statistic function displays the same value. In example for a little track of today 108m.
If I activate the statistic of the same track later (after closing Oruxmaps), it shows me an other value. In this case 224m instead of 108m. For me it seems so, that Oruxmaps uses different algorithms to calculate the elevation gain.
It would be nice if one could check that.
Big thanks for this great Software!
