Anchor Alarm (Ancla Alarma)

Hi everyone,
For nautical purposes could be useful a feature where you set an anchor point and a radius (in meters) that,
whenever your ship goes outside the circle with center on the anchor and the given radius, the alarm sounds aloud and you will be awaked (tipically in the night) to control your mooring.

Pratically the opposite it happens when you get near a wpt.

For comparison there are some specialized apps (in The market look for "anchor alarm") with some more feature like:
- time interval (seconds) specification for checking position;
- editing of the circle shape by excluding sectors;
- select your favourite sound.

Oppps, sorry for the delay.

It seems not difficult; added to my todo list.

Just some additional direction:
- the tipical radius of the circle is 5 to 50 meters for pleasure boats (some charts seems not allow zooming to that level);
- when setting the radius of the circle it could be nice to use the cursor position instead of the gps position because your boat rarely is exactly over the anchor;
- a circle painted on the screen could be very useful to show the "active fence".
