generate map from picture taken by mobile phone camera

common situation when I go hiking:
I have a general map of the region, but no special hiking map. At the entrance to the hiking area there is a panel with the local map and hiking trails. I want to take a picture with the mobile camera, use this as map and calibrate it within oruxmaps (first point is the actual location, second calibration point is a significant point e.g. road courve....) This would be a great help!

is it already possible?
