Android 4 ICS - bugs

Hi everyone,

I've been using Oruxmaps for about 2 years now, and I've never had any problem. However, I bought a new phone (Samsung Galaxy S2) with Android 4 ICS and I now have two minor problems:
- The settings menu doesn't always appear when I press the menu button on the phone... if it is the case, closing and restarting Oruxmaps usually fixes the issue, but still if I could avoid this I'd be glad.
- There is an annoying "Oruxmaps" strip on top of the screen and I haven't found any way to remove it.

I use a HTC One XL 4.0 and have a smilar problem.
At first start the upper 3 dots for the pull down menue do not appear.
Closing the programm and starting again the dots are there.
But to me that happens only with the new Beta version.
The older Donate version 4.8.61 doesn't do that and is ok.
