Download size limited to 512 Mb

Hi
On page 33 -OruxMapsManual- it is said, the maximum download size of a map is 1 GB, but i can`t increase the download above 512Mb.

I installed OruxMaps V 5.2.3 on a Samsung Galaxy S1.
The android Version is 2.3.3

Could anybody tell me, how i can increase the limit to 1 GB?

Hi;

there is a bug in the documentation; the limit is 512 mb.

you should use a desktop app to download > 512 mb maps, like MOBAC, okmap,...
