Garmin topo provincial park color

hello everyone love the app. I use garmin topo maps (Canada topo version 4) exported to SD card from the garmin program. the map loads fine and everything works untill I get into a provincial park. the entire park is shaded green. this is hard for tracking and use on water ways (I do alot of fishing). can I remove the green park color layer ? is there a way to switch between land based tracking and water based tracking like on the garmin hand held units ? thank you.
