win7: batch file not accepted

windows 7,64 Bit

If I click on the file "OruxMapsDesktop.bat" there is only a short moment, where I can see the opened DOS-window, than END.

So I tried to do this by the command "CMD",
I went the way step by step, all accepted, till the batch file came: "no file found or name written wrong".

But the file is there and the name was written right.

Java is installed, newest version.

where do you have your java installation?

C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin

or

C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin

If first, you have to see if path environment variable is right;
